Thanks ever so much to Brian and Matt for attending to and resolving
my NeoSpeech problem. It's such a joy to work with such
competent and dedicated service providers as yourselves and all
on the Serotek team. You make being a customer a truly unique
experience, due to your outstanding response to the needs of all.

I really enjoyed
listening to the audio demos in the Digital Lifestyle section
about the new Victor Reader Stream and the SAM Network features,
as well as the walk-through using Amazon's Music download service.
All features were well demonstrated, clearly explained and the
programs were not too long, not too short.
I hope to find more
of these in the future. It's an excellent way for folks
to get caught-up on the newest features, and its well, just fun
for those of us who are into this stuff. It's also great
to be able to refer people to these resources so that they can
independently learn more about the products and services whenever
they want, however they want.

Dear Serotek,
As a user of the
competition, I cannot believe how easy using Facebook is with
your product! I used to be annoyed, because the page would
refresh every time you hit a button or checked a box. I'd
find myself back at the top of the page with no easy way to find
out where I previously was. System Access makes this site
easy though. When things update themselves, System Access
lets me know by reading the new content, yet keeps me in the place
I was at previously. This makes taking quizzes, updating
my status, and mailing friends a snap.
I used to do only
what I had to on Facebook, but I think I'll be spending a lot
more time there now. Thanks guys!

Hello,
Yesterday I went
to the internet cafe, sat down at a computer, typed in www.satogo.com/,
registered and had a wonderful session listening to music performances
on YouTube. I was really impressed by the System Access
to Go, made by Serotek and offered free worldwide by The AIR Foundation.
It was very responsive, did not have any trouble with the Flash
Player used for the YouTube and typing into edit boxes was very
easy. When I closed the internet on the cafe's computer,
the person who used it after me reported that it no longer talked.
A very wonderful experience in all and I'm going to check out
Serotek's products.

Hi, Everyone,
My name is Sam Troia
and I've known Richie since we were very little kids at school.
His computer is new; he is new to Windows and to System Access,
whereas I am an old veteran computer user from 1989. Therefore,
I am in the middle of spending two weeks up here in New England
orienting him to Windows and various applications.
I, myself, am not
an SA user; my screen reader is Window-Eyes. However, using
Richie's computer, I have become very familiar with System Access
and the SA network. I must say, I started out feeling a
bit dubious when he first bought this whole computer system with
SA on it, but now having used it a great deal, I can honestly
say that I am very favorably impressed with SA's performance.
In fact, I brought a copy of Window-Eyes Mobile up here but, honestly,
I haven't had to use it all that much. Excellent going,
Serotek!

I too am amazed
with SA Mobile! I think it is a must to have as either your
main or secondary screen reader not to mention the other fine
benefits this system has to offer! I myself greatly appreciate
how easily and instantly one can have speech from most computers
these days when they are either XP or Vista! I haven't tried
Vista myself yet but I like having speech wherever I may go!
I have had two trial
periods once on Freedom Box and the other on SATOGO. I now
am one happy user on the SA Mobile System! I told my wife
this is all I want for Christmas for myself and this is what I
got! I joined in mid December! I certainly hope you
can get this for yourself soon! Perhaps Rehab could help
you get it if you are using it at work! Then again, with
all the purchase plans available, you could find a way to get
it for yourself! My account was still available after my
trial period ran out in July! At the time of purchase, I
couldn't log onto my account. I did find where I could upgrade
however! I entered that link and answered the questions
and gave my credit card number! This was on Tuesday December
13 I believe! I barely got my confirmation and I became
a full user instantaneously! I don't know of any other company
which would have one on line any faster than that! I of
course used SATOGO till I received my U3 drive on Friday the 16th.
If you can, I'd recommend getting everything available from this
system! It still is less money than the other screen reader
programs plus you have everything else which includes a scanning
program! Thanks to SA Mobile, my computer is free of anything
from Freedom Scientific! How wonderful this is!
I wish you the very
best and I know you won't be disappointed! Do have a wonderful
SAmobile Day!

One year on SAM
Net...
Hi everyone, I've
been on SAM now for a little over one year. I must say this
is one of the best computer experiences I've ever had in the last
25 years of computing. I'd like to thank you all and the
SA staff for all their help.
You have all become
friends and a type of family that is lacking in so much of our
lives today. I know it sounds trite to talk about friends
on-line as family, but we all have things in common that very
few people in the world understand. As we get closer to
the holiday of Christmas it becomes even more important to be
to gather with family and friends. A lot of us don't have
much real family left and find this season especially hard.
I just wanted to say that having you all has been very good this
year and glad to have you on line with me.
Best Wishes,
- Jim
Great job Support
Team!
Keep up the tireless
work. You are all appreciated! I was a user of Window-Eyes,
till last year. I'm not very good on the computer, but this
program has greatly improved my novice skills, or lack there of.
I feel like a kid on Christmas morning, and eagerly updates!
Thanks so very much.
A Very Happy grandmother.
- Jan
I am sending this
to say keep up the great job. We are excited about the ability
to log on and have speech output anywhere we go where there is
a connection. Where computers are concerned, I think SA2go is
the most revolutionary thing I have ever seen. Thanks again.
- Ed Browning
I want to let you
know how much the Remote Incident Manager is helping me. As you
know, I work with a number of veterans who must use speech input
as they are physically unable to use a keyboard. When one of these
veterans has a problem with his or her computer it is impossible
for me to talk him through the steps to fix whatever the problem
is. Most often, the problem is concerned with the speech input
part of the computer and as these folks are unable to use a keyboard
they're pretty well dead in the water if their speech input is
not working.
To date I've unraveled
three different veteran's computers using RIM. If I had been unable
to remotely use their computers it would have taken days, if not
weeks, to track down and employ a computer person in each of their
home towns to do what it took me no more than twenty minutes to
accomplish.
This is good for
the veterans and it's good for me. Thanks for putting such an
easy to use and incredibly useful tool out there.

I had only been using
SA-To-Go for a brief time when it was pressed into service to
save my usual screen reader, JAWS for Windows
While giving a seminar, we discovered that JAWS would not work
on a particular system. I was forced to move the participants
to another computer and was left in temporary bewilderment as
to the JAWS melt-down.
the following morning I arrived at work on a mission. Immediately
I ran to the sick system; installed System Access To Go and found
the problem was an incorrect screen setting. I sat in utter astonishment.
I have been singing the praises and recommending the product ever
since.
Thank you very much.
- L. Tatum
I would just like to share my thanks for System Access to Go.
It helps that you listen to our comments and fix the rare bugs
that we find. The other day, I was at my grandfather's computer
helping him get his microphone working. A few months ago, I would
have had to get somebody to read his screen, or battled with Windows
Narrator. This time though, I simply entered my account number
and password into System Access to Go; it loaded up my settings;
and his mic was working within five minutes. I feel that *this*
is the twenty-first century: to be able to say to a friend, hey,
let me show you this awesome website that I've found. The friend
would look at you with disbelief for a minute but would be shocked
and admiring of you when within five minutes you had access to
the computer, and the two of you were having a jolly good time
browsing the website or doing anything else on the computer together.
My grandfather, for one, was so impressed. In his eyes, I get
all the credit since I know how to access this technology and
fix his computer. But really, I owe the thanks to a couple of
incredible developers who had the inspiration for getting this
technology working.
- G. Hardy
Excellent direction of your company. Access is a right! Please
stress that even more in your literature. Access is a civil right!
I believe assistive tech companies fail to emphasize this fact.
With SA To Go, accessing computers is no longer a barrier. That's
how it should be! Frankly, if the competition fails to take seriously
what you have accomplished, you have every right to "kill" it!
- D. Mandell
Considering all of the changes and extra work along with everything
else that continues to need handling, I think you are doing a
superb job. Just as an example, amid all the changes, Brian and
Matt resolved a personal third party email issue of mine, which
was time-consuming and a problem caused by my third party email
provider. Imagine how pleased and thrilled I was to find the problem
fixed. Nowhere else is there such a team of support that consistently
offers such personal and quality attention to individual subscribers.
And, I am sure the changes are much more difficult on their end,
than on ours. Yes, they are a necessary inconvenience, but the
service here remains exceptional!

I am dictating this message, using Windows Vista and speech recognition.
In the 15 years I have used a computer, I have never seen anything
so amazing as system access and Windows Vista speech recognition.
The training was 100% accessible, and easy to complete. I have
so far dictated this message with no mistakes. I can say start
listening or stop listening, and the computer responds immediately.
Who needs to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars for other
adaptive solutions?. It just is not necessary. As I continue to
speak, there have been no errors. This is an incredible accomplishment
by the system access team. Thanks for reading.

I have recently acquired a Creative Zenstone mp3 player. I usually
use Jaws as my screen reader, so I downloaded some scripts designed
for this player. But, they don't work! Presumably because my version
of Jaws is very old! Very disappointed, I struggled on with my
limited eye-sight. BUT......, when I shut down Jaws and loaded
SA, I found, to my delight, that it works and reads the Creative
Lite software! Thank you so much for this product!
