Serotek is currently looking for dynamic individuals to join the team in our sales and technical support division.

Title: Sales/Technical Support Representative

Primary duties include:

• Interacting daily by phone and email with customers to perform technical support and troubleshooting on Serotek products and services.
• Using superior technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to determine and address technical issues.
• Generating clear and well-documented problem tickets for analysis by quality assurance and development team members.
• Responding directly to phone and email sales inquiries from current and potential Serotek customers
• Performing outbound calls to existing sales contacts for the purposes of educating on current product lines and advising on purchases.
• Conducting product demonstrations in person, over the phone and online.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of previous technical support experience required.
• At least one year of previous sales experience is prefered.
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with upper management and follow directions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both technical and layman’s terms.
• Must be able to multitask, and to work remotely with other team members.

A bachelor’s degree in communications, computer Information Systems or related field is prefered but not required.

Candidates with a BS in Communications, Computer Science or related fields are preferred. We are especially interested in those candidates who are currently using our products for their daily activities.
